1. Commitment
DCLDi aims to make dcldi.com reasonably usable by people with differing abilities, devices and assistive technologies and to improve accessibility as the PWA evolves.
2. Measures
Measures may include semantic structure, responsive layouts, keyboard-accessible controls, descriptive labels, readable contrast, scalable text and meaningful alternative text for relevant images.
3. Limitations
Some third-party content, embedded services, legacy material or external systems may not be fully controlled by DCLDi. Accessibility can also vary by device, browser and assistive technology.
4. Feedback and Accommodation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email webinquiry@dcldi.com with the page, issue and, where possible, the technology being used. DCLDi will make reasonable efforts to respond and, where practicable, provide information or service through an alternative accessible method.
